In 2021, Attorney Rush obtained a Court Order in a Warren County (NJ) custody case permitting his client to relocate with the child to Florida. In 2018, Attorney Rush successfully litigated a 3+ day plenary hearing in an Essex County (NJ) custody case wherein he obtained a Court Order permitting his client to relocate with the child to Pennsylvania. In another 2018 matter, Attorney Rush successfully represented a client opposing a custody relocation request in a Hunterdon County (NJ) case and obtained a Court Order denying the mother’s request to relocate with the children to Virginia in favor of the client and instead awarding the client increased parenting time.
